Elora's Promise to You
When you publish with Elora, you never have to worry about copyright strikes, takedown notices, or demonetization. Your peace of mind is just as important as your audio quality.
You're a meditation teacher. You shouldn't have to be a lawyer, too.
Elora is built to give you the freedom to share your gift with the world, without the technical or legal friction that usually comes with audio production.
The Elora Copyright Promise
- 100% Royalty-Free. Through a partnership with HookSounds, every music track, nature sound, and binaural beat in the Elora Library has been meticulously licensed or created in-house. Elora holds the paperwork so you don't have to.
- Zero Hidden Fees. You never owe royalties or percentage-based fees on your success. Whether your track gets 10 listens or 10 million, your Elora subscription covers the background audio.
- Commercial Use. You own the final recording. You can upload the generated tracks to websites owned and managed by you or third-party video-hosting or streaming services. This includes commercial and non-commercial websites, YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, Vimeo, and TikTok, including social media monetization. You are also free to sell your tracks, stream them on Spotify, or use them in paid courses.
- Lifetime Validity. Even if you cancel your Elora subscription, the licenses for the tracks you created and published while you were active remain valid forever.
So go ahead. Create without limits. Elora's got your back.
Important Guidelines
To ensure your tracks are fully protected and compliant with Elora's licensing agreements, please keep the following in mind:
- Social Media Allowlist. If you plan to upload your tracks to YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, or TikTok, please reach out and send your channel or profile URLs so they can be allowlisted to prevent Content ID claims. This only needs to be done once per social media platform and will cover all your tracks.
- Narration Required. You are not allowed to create or publish soundscape-only tracks. Every track must contain some audible voice narration.
