Elora recognizes that as an independent meditation teacher, your voice and your scripts are your most valuable assets. If you are going to trust an online studio with them, you need to know they are safe.

This page explains how Elora handles your data in plain English. No corporate legal jargon—just honest answers about how your work is protected.

Your Voice is Yours

When you use Elora's voice cloning, your voice is strictly private to your account.

• Elora never uses your voice for other users.
• Elora never sells or shares your voice data.
• You can delete your voice at any time. When you delete it, it is permanently removed from Elora's systems and our audio partner's servers.

Your Scripts & Audio

You retain 100% ownership of all scripts you write and all audio you generate using Elora. Elora is simply the instrument you use to create them.

Your scripts, audio files, and account data are securely stored using Google Cloud infrastructure, which provides industry-leading encryption both in transit (when you send data to the studio) and at rest (when it sits on the servers).

Your data is also automatically backed up so you don't lose your hard work.

Who Has Access?

Access to your account and content is strictly controlled.

Database access is limited to essential operational personnel. Your audio and scripts are only accessed when necessary to deliver the service, provide customer support, perform quality control, or to ensure that Elora's Terms of Service are being respected.

Payment Security

Elora uses Stripe to process all payments. Elora never sees, processes, or stores your credit card information. Stripe handles everything with banking-level security.

AI & Third-Party Partners

To power the audio generation, Elora partners with industry-leading AI providers (like ElevenLabs) who act as subprocessors. Your voice data is securely stored on their servers specifically to generate your tracks.

However, Elora has strict agreements in place ensuring that your voice data and scripts are never used to train public AI models. Your data is strictly partitioned for your use and is not retained by these partners for their own foundational training.

Incident Response & Notification

Elora is an independent, self-funded company. If a technical issue or security concern arises, the team provides clear communication and resolves the issue promptly.

In the unlikely event of a suspected or confirmed security incident that impacts your personal data, Elora will notify you as quickly as possible via your account email address, providing a clear explanation of what happened and the steps being taken to resolve it.

Your Right to Delete

You have the right to leave at any time. If you choose to delete your account, your voices, your scripts, and your generated audio are permanently removed from the active databases.

To request the deletion of your account and all associated data, please email your request to hello@elorameditation.com from the email address associated with your account. Your request will be processed and confirmed once the deletion is complete.
