Welcome to this jungle journey.
We're going to use breath awareness to unwind and relax after a long day.
I'm Elora, and I'm going to guide you through this journey.
Take a deep breath in and allow yourself to feel the grounding sensation beneath you.
Notice the weight of your body, and release any tension in your muscles.
Just for a moment, close your eyes and bring your full attention to your breath.
As your breath effortlessly flows in and out, you'll begin to sense the rhythmic pulse of life.
Notice the coolness of your breath as it enters your nostrils, the gentle rise and fall of your chest.
Imagine you're entering a lush jungle.
The air is thick with the scent of exotic flowers and damp earth.
You notice the sound of birdsong and the gentle rustle of leaves.
The sun filters through the leaves, dappling the forest floor with light and shade.
As you breathe in, imagine the air is infused with the vibrant energy of the jungle.
Feel that energy coursing through your body, restoring vitality and peace.
As you breathe out, release any stress or tension.
Each exhale is a chance to leave behind the worries of the day and simply be present in this moment.
Continue to breathe, allowing your breath to guide you deeper into the heart of the jungle.
You're surrounded by towering trees, their branches reaching towards the sky.
The air is alive with the sounds and smells of the wild.
Focus on your breath as you continue your journey.
Each breath is a reminder of the beauty and wonder of the natural world.
Now, take a deep breath in.
Hold the breath for a couple of seconds.
Breathe out slowly, releasing all tension and stress.
As you emerge from the jungle, you carry with you a sense of peace and renewal.
Thank your body for its journey through the jungle and for your attention to your breath.
And slowly open your eyes, feeling refreshed and relaxed.
I'm looking forward to seeing you again next time.
