Welcome to this meditation.
We're going to create a space for you to relax and unwind after a long day.
I'm Elora, your guide for this journey.
Close your eyes and take a couple deep breaths.
Inhale slowly and deeply, and exhale slowly and gently, allowing your body to relax and release any tension.
Notice the sensations of your breath as it enters and leaves your body.
As you continue breathing, imagine that you're in a hot air balloon.
The basket is soft and comfortable beneath you.
You feel the warmth of the sun on your face, and the gentle breeze rustling through your hair.
You look out at the vast expanse below as the balloon slowly ascends.
The ground becomes smaller and smaller until it feels like you're floating in the clouds.
Notice the colors of the sky, the shapes of the clouds, and the feeling of weightlessness in the air.
Simply be present in this moment, observing the sensations and feeling the peace and tranquility around you.
As you continue to breathe, gently allow any thoughts to come and go without judgment.
If your mind wanders, simply bring your attention back to your breath and the gentle sway of the hot air balloon.
Let go of any worries or anxieties you may be holding onto, and simply surrender to the feeling of weightlessness and ease.
As you drift along, you feel a sense of calmness and peace wash over you.
The beauty of the world below becomes clearer, and you feel a sense of gratitude for this moment.
You're safe and secure in this balloon, floating effortlessly through the sky.
Breathe deeply as you slowly descend.
Enjoy this moment of serenity.
As the balloon gracefully lands on the ground, take a deep breath, feeling rooted and grounded.
Open your eyes when you’re ready.
And know that you can always return to this place of peace whenever you need to.
I'm looking forward to seeing you again next time.
