Hello, I'm Elora.
Today's journey is all about finding peace and hope.
Together, we'll use imagination to create a space where anxieties about climate change melt away.
Take a moment to get comfortable and close your eyes.
Breathe in, feeling your body settle into the chair, or onto the floor.
As you breathe out, release any tension you might be holding.
Now, bring your attention to your breath.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest, the cool air coming in and the warm air going out.
With each exhale, let go of any thoughts that distract you.
Just focus on the feeling of your breath.
Imagine you're standing at the edge of a vibrant forest.
The air is fresh and clean, full of the scent of pine needles and blooming wildflowers.
The sun is shining warmly on your face.
As you take a step into the forest, the world around you is filled with life and energy.
You hear the rustling of leaves, the chirping of birds, and the gentle gurgle of a nearby stream.
The trees are tall and strong, their branches reaching up towards the sky.
Their roots run deep into the earth, anchoring them to the ground.
Look closely at a single leaf.
Observe its intricate design, its vibrant color, its delicate texture.
Feel the energy of the leaf pulsing with life.
Now, let your gaze move upward.
See the sun shining brightly through the canopy of leaves.
As you look around, you realize that this forest is thriving, filled with a sense of peace and harmony.
You feel a sense of wonder, a deep connection to nature.
You feel a sense of hope, knowing that even in the face of challenges, life finds a way to thrive.
You remember the words of John Keating—'Carpe diem.
Seize the day, boys.
Make your lives extraordinary.'
And you know that you can be a part of making this world a better place.
Take a few more deep breaths, feeling the peace and hope of this forest flowing through you.
When you're ready, gently open your eyes and return to your surroundings.
Remember this feeling of peace and hope.
You can access this feeling whenever you need it.
I’m looking forward to seeing you again next time.
