Today we're going to dive into a unique journey to unwind from work and prepare for a restful night's sleep.

To start, find a comfortable position.
Close your eyes and take a couple deep breaths.
Let's gently bring our awareness to the body.
Pay attention to the sensations of your breath as it flows in and out.
Now, shift your attention to your toes.
Notice any sensations you feel there, whether it's warmth, tingling, or even pressure.
Slowly move your awareness up your feet, feeling the weight of your legs resting on the ground.
Let go of any tension you may feel in your ankles.
Continue to scan your body, moving up your calves, thighs, and hips.
Notice any tightness or discomfort you may be holding and gently release it.
Bring your attention to your abdomen and your back.
Now, notice your chest, your shoulders, and your arms.
As you continue your scan, bring your awareness to the back of your neck and your head.
Now, imagine yourself in a field of soft, cool grass.
The air is gentle and warm on your skin.
Take a deep breath and notice the fresh scent of the earth and the wildflowers around you.
Let the worries of the day melt away as you take in the beauty of this peaceful setting.
Now, let's feel the sensation of starting to take flight.
Imagine a gentle breeze lifting you up.
As you rise higher, notice the ground below shrinking.
See the trees and houses becoming smaller.
It's quite peaceful up here.
Take in the vastness of the sky.
Feel the wind beneath your wings, carrying you up, up, up.
Embrace the freedom of soaring through the air.
As you fly gently through the sky, notice the stars twinkling in the darkness below.
It's a beautiful sight.
It feels calm and reassuring.
Embrace this feeling, and drift into a deeper sense of peace.
As you slowly descend, you feel a lightness in your body and a calmness in your mind.
You are ready for a peaceful night's sleep.
