Hello, I'm Elora, your guide for this morning's journey of gratitude.
Today, we'll be exploring the vastness of space, both within ourselves and beyond.
As you settle in, take a moment to clear your mind.
Notice any thoughts that come up, gently observing them like clouds passing through the sky.
Let them go, and just focus on your breath.
You can start by taking a couple deep breaths, feeling your chest expand as you inhale and gently contract as you exhale.
Now, bring your attention to your body.
Starting with your toes, notice the sensations.
Are they warm or cool?
Are you feeling pressure against your toes?
As you continue to breathe, move your awareness up your legs.
Pay attention to your knees, your thighs, your hips.
Notice any sensations you feel in those areas.
Now, let your awareness move to your torso.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your abdomen as you breathe.
Continue to scan your body, bringing awareness to your chest, your arms, your hands, and your fingers.
Notice any warmth, tingling, or pressure you might feel.
Next, bring your attention to your head.
Feel the crown of your head, your forehead, your temples, your cheeks, your jaw, your tongue, your teeth, your nose, your eyes, and your ears.
Allow yourself to fully experience the sensations in your body.
Now, imagine that your body is a vessel for the vastness of space.
The stars and planets are within you.
They are swirling within your cells, your organs, and your bones.
Feel the immense magnitude of the cosmos residing within you.
Feel the gratitude for the incredible power of your own being.
As you continue to breathe, let this gratitude expand outwards.
Let it encompass the entirety of the universe.
Know that you are interconnected with every atom, every star, every galaxy.
Feel a wave of thankfulness for the beauty, the wonder, the mystery of this universe that we call home.
And let your gratitude guide you throughout the day.
I'm looking forward to seeing you again next time!
