I'm Elora, and I'm going to guide you on this relaxing exploration.
Let's begin by getting comfortable.
Take a few moments to adjust your posture into a position that feels peaceful and supportive.
Close your eyes or soften your gaze.
Take a couple deep breaths, inhaling slowly and deeply, filling your lungs with fresh air, and exhaling completely, releasing any tension.
As you breathe, let go of any thoughts that come to mind, allowing them to gently pass by like clouds in the sky.
Now, imagine you're standing at the edge of a sandy beach.
The warm sun is shining down on you, inviting you to step into the cool, refreshing ocean.
Take a deep breath, feel the salty air filling your lungs, and imagine the sound of the waves gently crashing against the shore.
Let's start our journey by focusing on your feet.
Feel the sand between your toes, the warmth of the sun on your skin.
Notice any sensations, tingling or pressure, anything that's present in your feet.
Imagine the cool ocean water gently lapping around your feet, carrying away any tension or stress.
Now, bring your awareness to your ankles.
Feel the gentle pressure of your feet on the ground, and imagine the water rising up your legs, washing away any tightness or heaviness.
Continue to move your awareness up your legs, noticing any sensations in your calves, knees, thighs, and hips.
With each breath, allow the ocean to wash over you, carrying away any tension or discomfort.
Now, bring your attention to your abdomen.
Imagine the soft, rhythmic motion of the ocean currents gently massaging your belly.
Feel the warmth and expansion in your abdomen.
Continue to breathe deeply, allowing the ocean to cleanse you from within.
As you move your awareness to your chest, feel your breath gently expand and contract your rib cage.
Imagine the ocean waves gently lifting and lowering you, releasing any tightness in your chest and shoulders.
Now, bring your attention to your arms.
Feel the weight of your arms resting comfortably.
Allow the ocean water to flow through your arms, washing away any tension or stiffness.
Focus your awareness on your hands.
Notice any sensations in your fingers, palms, and wrists.
Imagine the water gently flowing through your fingers, carrying away any stress or worries.
Now, bring your attention to your neck and shoulders.
Release any tension you may be holding in your shoulders and neck.
Imagine the ocean water gently massaging your shoulders and neck, soothing any knots or stiffness.
Finally, bring your awareness to your head.
Feel the weight of your head resting comfortably on your neck.
Imagine the ocean water gently washing over your head, releasing any stress or worry.
You’re now fully immersed in the ocean’s embrace.
Take a few moments to savor this feeling of peace and relaxation.
Allow yourself to drift along with the ocean currents.
Just be present in this moment.
There’s nowhere you need to be, nothing you need to do.
Just allow yourself to be cradled by the ocean’s gentle embrace.
When you feel ready to return to the present, slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Notice the rise and fall of your chest, the feeling of air entering and leaving your lungs.
Wiggle your fingers and toes.
Gently open your eyes.
Take a moment to appreciate the renewed sense of peace and relaxation you feel.
