Hello, I'm Elora, and in this journey, we'll explore the serene world of Monterey Pine trees using breathwork.
We’ll connect with nature, allowing calmness to settle deep within.
Let's begin by gently settling into a comfortable position.
Close your eyes if that feels right.
Bring your attention to your breath, noticing its natural rhythm.
Feel the gentle rise and fall of your chest or belly.
Now, let's try a simple exercise.
We'll breathe in through our nostrils, and as we do, imagine the breath traveling upward, filling our brains with peace.
Hold it for a moment, basking in the calmness.
Then, as you exhale slowly through your eyes, visualize the breath moving out into the wide space before you.
As you do so, you are connecting with the vastness of the landscape, the endless sky, the stillness of nature.
Let go of anything that no longer serves you.
Feel it float away with each breath.
As you continue breathing, in and out, gently, visualize the colors blue and yellow.
Blue, associated with the sky and the calming nature of the ocean near the Monterey Pine tree.
Yellow, representing the warmth of the sunlight filtering through the pine needles.
As you breathe in, visualize blue settling into your mind.
Hold it, feel the calmness washing over you.
Breathe out, visualize yellow - the warmth and energy that sustains the life of the tree.
Repeat this cycle several times.
Now, pay closer attention to the feeling of connectedness.
You are part of this landscape.
You are connected to the tree, connected to the earth, the sky, and to all that surrounds you.
Allow yourself to feel this bond deepening with each inhale and exhale.
Allow the awareness to sink in.
Let the connection expand.
Stay with this feeling for a few moments.
As you're ready, slowly start to bring your awareness back to the room.
Wiggle your fingers and your toes.
Gently open your eyes when you feel completely ready.
Take your time.
I'm looking forward to seeing you again next time.
