Let’s begin.
Allow yourself to settle into a comfortable position.
Gently close your eyes, or if you prefer, soften your gaze.
Take a deep breath in, and as you exhale, release any tension you might be holding.
Just let it go.
Before we start, let’s clear our minds.
If thoughts arise, simply acknowledge them, and then gently guide your attention back to your breath.
Imagine each breath is washing away any mental clutter, leaving you clear, calm, and centered.
Allow your body to relax more deeply with each breath.
Feel the support beneath you, holding you, grounding you.
Now, visualize the moon hanging in the early morning sky.
It's a soft, pale light, a gentle presence even as the sun begins to rise.
See its gentle glow touching everything around you, bathing the world in a serene light.
Imagine the moon's light is a gift, a silent blessing upon the world.
Feel its peaceful energy seeping into your being, calming your mind and opening your heart.
What does this moment feel like to you?
Think of three things you're grateful for today, big or small.
As you think of each thing, imagine the moon shining its light upon it, magnifying its goodness, amplifying your gratitude.
Feel the gratitude welling up inside you, a warm, comforting sensation that fills your entire being.
It could be anything:
the roof over your head, a loving family member, or the ability to breathe and move freely.
Reflect on how blessed you are to have these things in your life.
Picture the moon slowly fading as the sun rises in the sky.
It's not disappearing, just blending into the background, its energy still present, still supportive.
Carry this feeling of gratitude with you throughout your day.
Know that just like the moon, you too possess a gentle, unwavering light within you.
