Welcome to this calm space, where we'll practice mindfulness, finding clarity and focus before taking on your tasks.
I'm Elora, your guide for this journey inward.
Take a moment to settle into a comfortable position.
Notice your body connecting with the ground or chair beneath you.
Close your eyes, and take three deep breaths, feeling your chest rise and fall with each inhale and exhale.
With each breath, let go of any tension or thoughts that might be lingering in your mind.
Now, gently bring your awareness to your breath.
Notice the sensation of air entering your nostrils, the cool air filling your lungs, and then the release as you exhale.
Don't judge your breath, simply observe it, like a curious witness.
As you focus on your breath, you may notice thoughts arise - that's perfectly normal.
Acknowledge them without judgment, and gently guide your attention back to your breath.
It's like a gentle tug of your attention, a reminder to return to the present moment.
You may also notice sensations in your body - perhaps a tingling in your fingers, a warmth in your chest, or a tightness in your shoulders.
Acknowledge these sensations as well, and then return to your breath.
As you continue, you'll experience a sense of peace and clarity, a sense of calm amidst the busyness of your day.
This calm space within you is a powerful resource, one you can tap into anytime you need.
When you're ready, gently open your eyes.
You may feel refreshed, grounded, and ready to approach your tasks with a clear mind.
Remember, you can always return to this space whenever you need a moment of peace and clarity.
I'm looking forward to seeing you again next time.
