Hello!
I'm Elora, your guide for this journey.
Today, we're going to tap into the power of breath to fuel our drive, even when surrounded by the most challenging obstacles.
We'll be exploring the breath awareness technique to navigate a world filled with zombies.
Let's begin!
Find a comfortable position that allows you to sit or lie down, wherever you feel most at ease.
Close your eyes if you feel comfortable doing so.
Begin by taking a couple deep breaths, bringing your attention to the sensation of your breath as it enters and exits your body.
Let go of any thoughts or worries, just focusing on the rhythm of your breath.
Allow yourself to be fully present in this moment.
The zombies may be out there, but in this moment, we are safe.
Notice each inhale and exhale, feeling the rise and fall of your chest.
Imagine that each breath is fueling your courage, your resilience, and your determination.
Every inhale brings in fresh energy, and every exhale releases any fear or doubt.
Keep focusing on this rhythmic flow, becoming more aware of the subtle sensations of your breath.
It's like a steady beacon guiding you through the chaos.
The zombies may be closing in, but you're strong.
You have the power to overcome any obstacle.
With each breath, you're gaining strength and motivation.
Your breath is your anchor, your compass in this unpredictable world.
Remember, even in the midst of chaos, your breath remains a constant, a source of strength and inner peace.
Keep breathing.
Keep going.
And know that you have the power to overcome any challenge.
Remember you are strong, you are brave, and you have the ability to achieve your goals.
Your breath is your weapon, your compass, your guide.
You are ready to face these zombies with unwavering determination.
Now, bring your attention back to your surroundings, gently opening your eyes.
Take a few moments to stretch and ground yourself.
You are strong, you are resilient, and you have the power to face any obstacle.
I'm looking forward to seeing you again next time.
