Gently guide your attention back to the breath.
Now, imagine you're standing at the base of a majestic mountain.
Its slopes rise gracefully, reaching for the sky.
The air is crisp, clean, invigorating.
With each inhalation, you feel a sense of calm and clarity.
You're grounded, connected to the earth.
As you look up at the mountain, envision yourself climbing toward its peak.
Each step you take is purposeful, filled with determination.
You feel your focus and clarity strengthening with every ascent.
You're in tune with your body and mind, moving with purpose.
Now, you've reached the summit.
You stand on the peak, looking out at the vast expanse below.
The world feels small, and you feel an incredible sense of peace.
