Find a comfortable position, either sitting or lying down, and gently close your eyes.
As you settle in, take a couple deep breaths, inhaling peace and exhaling any tension or stress you might be holding onto.
Feel your body relax, releasing any tightness in your muscles.
Let your mind quiet down, like a still pond reflecting the moon's gentle light.
If any thoughts arise, simply acknowledge them and let them drift away, like clouds passing across the lunar surface.
Bring your awareness to the present moment, to the peace within you.
Now, let's begin our gratitude practice.
Visualize the moon high in the morning sky, its soft glow illuminating your surroundings.
Imagine its gentle light washing over you, filling you with a sense of peace and serenity.
Feel the moon's energy entering your heart, opening you up to gratitude for all the blessings in your life.
Think of three things you are grateful for today.
They can be big or small, significant or seemingly insignificant.
Perhaps you're grateful for the warmth of the sun on your skin, the love of your family and friends, or the simple pleasure of a good cup of coffee.
As you bring each thing to mind, feel a sense of gratitude welling up within you.
Let it fill your heart, radiating out into every cell of your body.
Imagine the moon's light amplifying these feelings, making them even more vibrant and powerful.
Now, let's focus on the moon itself.
